The frequency generator is computer based. I found an old 386 that a friend was throwing away. It only had DOS installed which is all that is needed with the Geny-2 Frequency Generator. In fact the entire program and all my frequency sets can be backed up on one 3 1/4" floppy disc.
The Geny-2 is an ISA card for the computer. Its program can run from within Windows, but the DOS program works extremely well.
