From January 10, 2000 until December 5, 2000 I was cold-free. On 12/5/00 I was experimenting with ridding myself of Alternaria alternara, a fungi, that is present in 43% of chronic sinusitis cases according to a 1996 Mayo Clinic study. My left sinus has always been stuffed for the past two years. It could be alleviated with something like Afrin, but it would take continual useage (and we know where that leads).
Taking advantage of my wife being out of the house (she is very sensitive to the Rife-Bare, and having many health problems, I did not want to cause her a giant Herxheimer reaction), so I ran three straight hours of experimental frequencies. DO NOT DO THIS! Instead I gave myself one instead. I had all the classic symptoms: chills that wouldn't quit, sore muscles, headache, no temp, that lasted 12 hours.
I drank tons of water, but recovery was slow. December 5th, 2000 was also a morning the "chemtrails" ( see Carnicorn.com ) were criss-crossing Albuquerque from horizon to horizon (They could have been spraying for days, but I noticed the particular abundance of them this morning). I began coughing up a yellow mucous, and felt terrible. Again temperature was not a symptom. While at work, in a hospital, many of the patients the next three days were coming in coughing up this yellow mucous. I'd ask them when it started, and it was always after the 5th.
I went out of town on December 11, I had not found the correct frequencies to end this problem by then. And I was without my machines. By the December 12, it reached a peak. I had to stay in bed all day. The yellow mucous had turned to dark green. The drainage was constant, had to sleep sitting up and felt like crap.
All I had available was colloidal silver, oil of oregano, and hydrogen peroxide. I had read about an old-time remedy on the "lists". This entailed placing a few drops of hydrogen peroxide in each ear (one at a time) until the bubbling stops. This is to be done every hour for most of a day. I probably did it about 5 times that day as I fell asleep inbetween. I also would take a teaspoonfull of collidal silver about every 6 hours. Oil of oregano was used in each nostril
(it may be too warm an oil for some, becareful with this).
The next day I felt good enough to videotape a Jazz Band concert but I still was wiped out.
I was back home by December 15 and started running various frequencies: Cold/Flu 2000, sinus sets, and many from Turf's List. They all helped to increase the drainage, but wouldn't make it clear up. The sinuses were open, but they continually drained.
It was suggested to me that perhaps the mucous membranes were irritated (a possibility), or that it was some kind of an allergy. Now at this point I felt OK, had a dry cough, but continual drainage. I thought about an over-the-counter medicine that was for allergies, Nasalcrom. It's a nasal spray that ties up the allergen sites , and is non-addicting. It helped some. But it let me know it wasn't an allergy completely... the drainage continued.
I decided to go back to my experimenting with fungi DNA derived frequencies, as my hunch is that these are causing the above symptoms. I ran the following long sets:

Conclusion: My sinuses were opened after I got back into town and began using the Rife/Bare again.
My left sinus was open for the first time continuously in two years. The draining continued until the above frequencies were run. By now it was 12/30/00, my infection lasted 3 weeks; maybe it had just run it's course; but several patients and co-workers were still ill.
Whatever it was it presented after copious "chemtrails" covered the Albuquerque sky. There seemed to be no temperature associated with it. Yellow mucous drainage and coughing were symptoms by all who contracted it. Duration is very long ... a month or better. And as Dr. Bare says in his book: "If I can not find the correct frequencies, I'll suffer like anyone else." It is now 01-24-01 and both sinuses are open and non-draining.

COLD OR SOMETHING ELSE?
My GERD started resurfacing about 11 months after I initially improved it. I still wasn't taking any medication, but the glass of water wouldn't relieve the heartburn each time. I have the good fortune to have a friend with an F-Scan which when run from 15,000 Hz on down, kicked out 3 and 1/2 pages of frequencies (some with a resistence of 500+). I broke them down into groups based on the resistence limit. They are quite long, but the effects after the first two groups have been dramatic. Flu 2001
After working 7, 12-hour days in a row (one 16-hour day in the middle), my 7th shift was in the ER. I was completely worn down and had been exposed to people coughing in my face for most of the 7 days. I had not been spending much time with the Rife/Bare, and now I was to regret it.
I came down with chills, fever, nausea, muscle aches and headaches that began on 03/03/01 my first of 2 days off. I felt so bad I immediately went to bed. That evening I ran frequencies for adenovirus, cold/flu 2000, and headaches with no reflief.
03/04/01 I ran frequencies for Cold/flu 2000, and Mycoplasma fermentans with no improvement. Spent the entire day in bed. Nothing helped!
03/05/01 Today I called off work. That is something I rarely do. I felt like I was dying. Ran some general cold/sinus sets. Someone posted frequencies for cold/flu 2001, ran those. Also tried adenovirus, this time DNA derived, again nothing happened, except some nasal drainage.
03/06/01 Called in sick again. Feel extremely bad. Ran frequencies for Rhinovirus (DNA derived); a general sinus set, and those for cold/flu '98. I am very ill. There has not been one hint of improvement.
03/07/01 Called in sick again. I'm ready to call in sick for the entire upcoming weekend. I think I'm going to die, and I'm just afraid I won't. This is day 5 and I'm every bit as sick as day one.
I asked my wife, who is a Medical Technologist at another hospital in town, "What is going through your ER right now?" She said, "Influenza B". It took every bit of energy to go to my computer and look up the genomes for Influenza B. I derived several frequencies, mixed them with those from "Turf's" CAFL for the same, and ran them all for 3 minutes each:

At this point I fell asleep. When I awakened, I had joined the land of the living. Compared to the previous 5 days, I felt great! I was physically drained, but it felt like it was over. From death to over in four hours... it was dramatic. I ran the same frequencies the next few days, and returned to work that weekend. Which again goes to show you, the frequencies must be correct, or nothing is going to happen. However, when they are on the money, the results seem miraculous!
Lipoma ... there has been some slight improvement in my dog, Kadje's
tumor. It is smaller, more fluid-like and softer.
Kadje's eyes remain clear from cataracts. A new veterinarian commented on
them this summer.
